Budget & Schedule
Below are pictures of the schedule for the project. During the fall quarter, the goals are to have completed the design of the car, finished all of the necessary analysis for the designs, and finished all of the CAD drawings for the car. During the winter quarter, the project team was better at staying on schedule and completing tasks on time. The longest part of the construction/ assembly process was the assembly of the car as a lot of parts needed to be modified to correctly fit on the chassis. Spring quarter went fairly smoothly, the team fell behind a little bit during the testing process but was quickly able to catch back up and get on schedule. Most of the tests took less time than was expected which was good but that is what allowed the team to fall behind.
Budget
Below the schedule is a picture of the budget table for the project. For the spring quarter, a decent amount of the budget was spent. Most, if not all, of the hardware and parts needed for the car, were ordered and a fair amount of hours were spent working on the project. Right around $400 was spent ordering parts and about $1518.93 was calculated for the total cost of the project.
